If you have advertently or inadvertently overwritten needed data, you may be able to retrieve a previous version without the IT office’s support.
- Right click the file or folder that you wish to recover a previous version of and click Properties
- Click the Previous Version tab, choose the version of the file you want from the list and click Restore or Copy… depending on which action you want to perform
- If you choose Restore, you will be warned with the following message, click Yes
If you choose Copy… you will be prompted to choose where to copy the file to, then click Copy
