Add a Networked Printer

The steps below are how to install a network printer on the

PHHP network for Windows 7 Machines

1. Open Devices and Printers from the Start menu and choose Add a printer

2. Choose Add a network wireless or Bluetooth printer

3. Choose The printer that I want isn’t listed

4. On this screen select “Find a printer in the directory,…” and click next

5. In the Name Field type phhp-(your building number)- (the room of the printer
you want to print to)

for example: phhp-0212-4130-pr refers to a printer in the HPNP building , room
4130

you can choose just the floor you will get all the printers in that building
on that floor

6. If you choose just the floor you will get something that looks like this

7. Choose the printer you want to install from the list by double clicking it

you can also single click it and choose OK.

The printer will install and you will see something like this
